Eng. Fred Ogolo is a Renewable Energy Engineer, Public Administrator, Technical Education Specialist, Christian Leader, and Community Development Advocate with more than two decades of professional, academic, and ministry leadership experience.

As Founder and Executive Director of Redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ Ministry Co. Ltd, he leads a faith-based nonprofit vision that brings together discipleship, leadership development, technical education, media evangelism, humanitarian outreach, and holistic community transformation.

His personal mission is to raise spiritually grounded, technically competent, ethically responsible, and socially impactful people who contribute meaningfully to the Kingdom of God and national development.

Technical assessment and public service

For more than thirteen years, Eng. Ogolo has served as a Senior Assessment Officer in Uganda's Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector, contributing to national assessment and certification systems, quality assurance, occupational standards, competency-based education, and the development of assessors and trainers.

Teaching and mentorship

He previously served for approximately twelve years as a Lecturer and Technical Educator at Uganda Technical College, teaching engineering and technical subjects, mentoring learners, supervising practical training, and contributing to curriculum and institutional development.

Renewable energy leadership

His research and professional interests include solar photovoltaic systems, reliability engineering, artificial intelligence in energy systems, rural electrification, sustainable development, and practical energy access for underserved communities.

Pastoral service shaped by discipleship, prayer, and practical empowerment.

Eng. Ogolo has devoted more than twenty-four years to Christian ministry, discipleship, evangelism, mentoring, prayer, pastoral care, and leadership development. He serves as an Assistant Pastor at Busitema Christian Centre and also coordinates Christian fellowship and prayer initiatives among professionals.

Founding vision

He founded the ministry to establish a durable platform for Gospel proclamation, Christian discipleship, leadership development, technical and vocational education, media evangelism, humanitarian outreach, and community transformation.

His long-term aspiration is to build sustainable institutions that continue transforming lives through faith, education, leadership development, innovation, and service. He believes success is measured by positive and lasting impact in the lives of individuals, families, communities, and future generations.
